SEALS AND DEALS, NO BULLS.

Shortly before the dramatic game seven battle between The Sting and The Titans, drama of a different kind unfolded in Bern. Goaltender Phaedra Scott submitted a letter to management formally requesting a trade.
“I would like to thank the Bern Bulls for opportunities that they have given me these last two years. It has been a great ride that got us to the playoffs in back to back seasons. As management has made their choices clear in who they would like as their starting goaltender, I would respectfully request a trade to a team that would be willing to give me the opportunity to grow and show my true potential. Again, my heartfelt thanks to the Bulls for giving my GHL start. - Phaedra Scott”
The wait for a team to show interest wouldn’t be long. The Seals GM contacted The Bulls immediately with an offer for Anton Khudobin. The Seals still hurting after missing the playoffs by a single point, largely due to starter Ben Bishop’s uncharacteristic stats. The deal was agreed upon and was announced publicly immediately following game 7. Seals GM had this to say about the transaction. “We want to thank Anton for all he has provided in this organization, a real joy to have in the locker room. That being said, Phaedra has immense potential and we are excited to have her here.”
